DELIVERIES
Products are shipped with a delivery note, to the indicated address by the customer while processing its order by international followed letter within 3 to 6 days (workable days) depending of the country. Delivery cost is free of charge for order over 30 euros. All orders placed before 9 AM are generally treated within 24 hours.
Delivery times indicated are nonetheless indicative times, starting to run from the day following the placed order by customer and includes the delivery process with the French mail company La poste.
In any case the indicated delivery times can be opposed or engaged Playa Loca's responsability. In case of unusual delivery delay, customer might receive an email from PLAYA LOCA to explain the reason of such a delay.
Nevertheless, PLAYA-LOCA engages itself to deliver within 30 days following the date of order, if payment has been fully completed like obliged in french law L. 216-1 consumption code.
In case of absence during the postman visit, he will leave a note with parcel withdrawal conditions.Customer are able to follow their parcel on www.coliposte.net.
In case of non delivery after 10 days, without any note, we recommend to check the status on website www.coliposte.net and/or contact customer PLAYA-LOCA by mail at celine.oliveira@playa-loca.com.
PLAYA-LOCA is not responsible if mistake or missing informations where mentioned by the customer during the order process.
PLAYA-LOCA is not considered responsible for carrier delay (La poste or other). delivery risks are supported by customer who should, if necessary, make contest to La Poste or other carrier, considering undue delay noted.
PLAYA LOCA declines any responsibility, in case of loss or theft of the ordered products, strike, or any fortuitous event force majeure.
In the event of delivery of an opened and:or damaged package (cardboard with visibles traces of opening and:or deterioration), the customer is required to refuse the package to the post office or any other carrier. if the customer has not had the opportunity to refuse the package upon delivery of the opened and/or damaged package (case of non-delivery to person only) as well as in case of any missing product during the delivery of the order, it must imperatively notify its related claim within 3 working days of receipt to PLAYA LOCA after-sales service by writing to celine.oliveira@playa-loca.com.
Any complain concerning a missing product or an opened and:or damaged package made after this period will be rejected , and PLAYA LOCA will be released from all responsibility.
